Service Use

Service Agreement: All services, such as diagnostics, repairs, and custom modifications, are governed by these terms. When you book a service, you agree to follow our guidelines and provide accurate details about your vehicle.

Modifications and Parts: Custom modifications or parts we install are meant for off-road or track use unless we state otherwise. It’s your responsibility to ensure they meet local laws or emissions rules—we don’t guarantee compliance.

Customer Responsibilities: You must bring a roadworthy vehicle and tell us about any existing issues beforehand. We’re not responsible for problems or damages that were already there before our work.
Payment & Refunds

Payment Terms: You must pay in full when the service is done unless we’ve agreed on a different plan. We accept cash, credit cards, and certain financing options.

Deposits: For custom modifications or big repairs, we require a 20% deposit. Once we start the work, this deposit isn’t refundable.

Refunds and Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you might owe a cancellation fee. Refunds are up to us and only apply if you report a problem with our work within 7 days of completion.
Liability

Limitation of Liability: Our responsibility is capped at the cost of the service you paid for. We’re not liable for extra damages like loss of use or profits.

Warranty: We give a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, covering defects in our work. It doesn’t include normal wear or damage from misuse.

Indemnification: You agree to cover any legal claims or costs we face because of how you use our services or modifications.
